 Important: PH Native IP Philippines Residential IP service provides users with an exclusive bandwidth exit network. Please use it legally and responsibly. 

1. Service Description

We provide a direct FRP tunnel from Globe Telecom residential broadband to your VPS, giving your VPS a native Philippines IP SOCKS5 proxy capability to unlock streaming (e.g., Netflix PH) or local services (e.g., GCash).

2. Use Restrictions & User Responsibilities

You agree to comply with all applicable laws. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Using the service for any form of cyber attack (e.g., DDoS).
Sending spam emails or engaging in fraudulent activities.
Distributing malware, trojans, or viruses.
Using P2P software (like BitTorrent) for large-scale copyright infringement, which could trigger ISP blocking.

3. Bandwidth & Quality Assurance

Each active user receives a dedicated, hardware-level tc-shaped 25Mbps bandwidth during their service period. There is zero overselling. Connection quality also depends on the network route from your VPS to our Philippines access point.

4. Disclaimer

We will fix service interruptions caused by local ISP (Globe Telecom) maintenance, power outages, or force majeure as quickly as possible, but we are not liable for consequential damages. If your own VPS is network-blocked or cannot reach overseas networks, it is not covered by our service guarantee.
