Technical Zero-Logs Guarantee: Our Philippines Residential IP service is built on direct FRP tunnels. We technically do not record your tunnel traffic content or access logs.
1. Data We Do Not Collect
Due to our direct tunnel architecture, we cannot collect the following:
- The websites and specific services you access
- Your network traffic content and packet details
- Your DNS resolution records
- Timestamps of specific network activities
2. Necessary Data We Collect
To maintain service operations, we collect minimal necessary information:
- UUID and Order Details: To verify your active subscription and allocate bandwidth.
- Your VPS IP Address: The IP you provide in the dashboard is used exclusively for our firewall whitelist, allowing your VPS to securely connect to our Philippines exit.
- Bandwidth Usage Stats: To ensure the 25Mbps dedicated bandwidth policy is not abused.
3. Data Security & Retention
Payment information (e.g., Monero tx hashes) is kept solely for after-sales support. We do not require an email address; your randomly generated UUID is your only credential.
4. Legal Requests
Since we maintain no traffic logs, we technically cannot provide any specific content regarding a user's online activities even under legal requests. We can only provide the remaining duration of an account in our system.
