1. Refund Conditions

You can request a refund within 30 calendar days of your order.
Refunds are supported via Alipay, USDT, PayPal, and Monero (XMR) to your original payment method.
No hidden hurdles; you do not need to prove the service is unusable.

2. Refund Process

Please follow these steps to request a refund:

Prepare your Activation Code (UUID) or order payment screenshot/hash.
Send a refund request via email to support@xiexievpn.com or Telegram @xiexievpn.
We will review and process your request within 24 hours. Funds typically arrive within 1-3 business days (crypto depends on network confirmations).

3. Account Handling

Once a refund is processed, your activation code will instantly become invalid, the bound VPS IP will be removed from our firewall whitelist, and the service will immediately stop.
